The FIAU issued a Guidance Note to assist credit institutions to comply with their obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Regulations when offering payment accounts with basic features under the Credit Institutions and Financial Institutions (Payment Accounts) Regulations.
